The 2006 ARIA Awards Nominees were announced today with quite a few Perth acts in the mix including Eskimo Joe with an astounding 9 nominations.

The Artisan Awards were awarded today and included Best Cover Art to Bernard Fanning for Tea & Sympathy, Best Video to Bernard Fanning for Wish You Well, Engineer Of The Year to Matt Lovell for Eskimo Joe - Black Fingernails, Red Wine and Producer Of The Year to Eskimo Joe for Black Fingernails, Red Wine.
